OBJECTIVE:

The objective of this drive is to promote the adoption of Nhancenow Business App. Trainees will have revenue targets and specific geographic locations assigned. The life of first year recruits at their corporate offices would be simulated in this exercise.

Trainees will get to live life in a technology startup for 180 days which will give them the much needed boost and experience as they join the rigours of the real corporate world.

PROFILE:

A) This profile is strictly for persons who want to make a mark in sales & marketing.

B) The Sales Trainee needs to promote and market the Nhancenow Business app amongst the MSME segment at Bangalore location.

C) Applicant should be street smart & good with technology sales.

D) Willingness to spend time on the field and learn the nuances of sales is a must.

E) Ability to adapt and perseverance to achieve targets/goals are extremely important attributes.

EXPERIENCE:

An experience of 0 to 1 year. Anybody from technology sales is an added advantage.

A graduate/postgraduate from any stream interested in Business Development - Field is suitable.

COMPENSATION:

i) Fixed salary of Rs. 15,000/- to Rs. 20,000/- per month CTC, an annual CTC of Rs.1,80,000 to Rs. 2,40,000/-.

ii) Earning potential upwards of Rs. 20000 a month - depending on conversions.

iii) No separate allowances for travel, internet, etc. would be included in the stipend.

iv) You will be under probation period for first 6 months, upon which good performance will be made into a full time role.
