Easiloan - Management Trainee - Sales - Home Loan (0-1 yrs)
The Role:
We are looking for person who handles customer relationship and handholds customer in closing application form, getting sanction and disbursement for Home Loan.
Key Responsibilities:
Primary responsibility to lead and drive the Easiloan Home Loan business for Mumbai/Pune/Bangalore
Below are the direct functional accountabilities:
- Lead, plan and provide the necessary strategic insight, considering competitor gap analysis, market predictions, financial plans, as well as pipeline information and current products lifecycle position
- Build and develop banking relationships with the leading financial institutions to provide mortgage services to our customers of residential and commercial assets
- To plan and simplify the banking processes across the value chain, including the project approvals and customer loans.
- Actively drive, create and manage the end to end operations of the Home Loan process for customers.
- Manage the disbursement process in coordination with Post sales/CRM. Should be able to take onus on collections from financial institutions within timelines.
- Ensure great customer experience by effectively managing technology and processes to walkins, solving queries with minimal TAT and minimum no. of escalations. Implement a process and system driven escalation management matrix.
- Put in place measures to minimize abuse, fraud of the system by stakeholders and ensure deployment of tight and diligent processes.
- Ensure projects which use external management consultants, are well managed and viewed as successful, ensuring alignment with project objectives and adhering to committed timelines and milestones.
