Easiloan - Management Trainee - Sales (0-1 yrs)
The Role:
The incumbent will be responsible for business through Sales Channel and Call Centre which will include Acquisition of new Developer & Broker Tie-Ups. The person will be working with the sales team in managing the entire P&L, with a strong focus on driving sales and optimizing operations. (S)he will work closely with the Sales head and Management to drive business objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end of the business goal including annual operating plans, developing channels and driving productivity
- Develop performance matrix and KPIs for the sales team
- Build and coach a high-performance team across business development, skill training and growth
- Manage marketing plans and budget
- Ensure the creation and implementation of sales strategy designed to grow the business
