Earth Like Organics - Executive - Business Development & Field Sales (1-10 yrs)
Roles & Responsibility :
- Core responsibility is to do Business Development of the products in B2B segment.
- Gathering Leads and dealing with clients.
- Partnering the brand with major super chains all over india and making sure of the placement of products.
- Partnering the brand with events & other offline medium which can bring visibility
- Partnering with strategic experts to promote the brand & increase the sales
- Participating the inhouse operational activities.
- Generate sales from various digital as well as Offline sales channels globally.
- Strategizing and Expanding product sales across Domestic & International Marketplaces.
- Well versed with various marketing avenues online as well as offline
- Run various campaigns, sponsored ads, promotions, etc.
- Build up a team of Business Development Officers
Basic Requirements :
- Graduation / Post Graduation from a reputable college
- Experience in B2B sales and BD.
- Experience in any of the following industry is plus: Beauty & Cosmetics, Chemical, personal care, herbal & ayurveda
- Good knowledge of Marketing & Sales Industry
- Should be excellent in MS-Excel, Word & Power Point
Skills :
- 1+ years hands on experience in planning and executing as business development in FMCG sector.
- Hands on experience with marketing & sales
- A hustler who is creative and comes with an experimental mindset.
- Strong problem-solving ability with a bias towards action
Salary :
Basic: 15000 pm - 25000 pm + Incentives

- Travel Allowance
- Petrol Allowance
