Eagle Security Personnnel Service - Manager - Business Development (3-10 yrs)
JOB DESCRIPTION FOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
- Identify and develop new business opportunities at B2B channel by promoting service/ product range to new and existing Clients.
- Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
- Screens potential business deals by analysing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.
- Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.
- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
- Establish & maintain efficient relationship with new and existing clients.
- Generate new business opportunities in assigned territory / channel.
- Ensure the existing service contracts are renewed as per existing minimum wages (Central, State or MSGB)
QUALIFICATIONS:
A university degree in commerce, marketing or business studies is preferred.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
1. Two to ten years of B2B channel experience preferably.
2. Industry know how
3. Target based performance
4. Having knowledge of minimum wages / SGB wages and compliance.
5. Know how on security RFP / RFQ & tenders
6. Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information.
7. Proven ability to motivate and lead the sales team.
8. Excellent oral and written communication skills, plus a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required.
9. Excellent negotiation skills.
10. Team player and ability to work with & through others.
11. Strong ability to build and maintain effective relationship with B2B clients.
