e2e People Practices - Associate - Business Development (2-4 yrs)
We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Sales Support person to join our dynamic team. As a Sales support personnel, you will be responsible for qualifying leads and developing an active sales funnel and help the sales team to focus on closures. You will be working in the Sales department.
Key areas of responsibilities :
- Generates and qualifies new sales leads through LinkedIn Premium, Web Crawls and other relevant sources.
- Ensure timely update of relevant databases.
- Email the relevant databases or new prospects with appropriate product/ company briefs.
- Provides any necessary data or reports to the sales team
- Arranges appointments with clients and sales team
- Acknowledges customers by responding to emails, texts, and phone calls
- Updates all contact information for clients
- Deals with any customer complaints and escalates to the Manager
- Does any necessary administrative work including filing reports or presenting sales team with necessary
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure effective coordination of the role.
Sales Support Skills and Qualifications :
- Great Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Must be a People Person and self-motivated
- Proficient in MS Office Tools - PowerPoint, Word, Excel
- Proficient in handling Zoom, MS Teams, Google Hangouts & other media communication
- B Com / BBA graduate or any University Degree or equivalent
- Has worked in Sales support roles
