Responsibilities:

Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.

Submitted Bid to an existing and prospective client on time and within budget.

Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.

Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.

Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.

Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.

Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.

Knowledge of Tele prospecting Services, Lead Nurturing Services, Automated email nurturing, Email campaigns, Content development, Lead re-engagement, Lead Management Services, CRM integration, Inbound call handling, Inquiry processing is desirable.

Skills:

- Excellent communication skills required.

- International Experience will be preferable

- Have a positive attitude

- Be self motivated & goal oriented

- The position requires great verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to actively listen, the ability to be assertive and persuasive, International Calling.

- A basic knowledge of websites, e-mail and internet marketing and computer technology.

- Outgoing personality with ambition to learn and grow

- KPO experienced preferred.
