Job Description:

1) Develop email marketing strategies to meet clients- objectives

2) Ensure all our email marketing and drip campaigns are scalable, providing high return on investment

3) Launch and run automated drip email campaigns for the company / clients to generate leads

4) Create monthly newsletters for various updates and knowledge sharing

5) Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns

6) Proofread emails for clarity, grammar and spelling

7) Ensure mobile-friendly email templates

8) Upgrade email templates using graphics, personalization and advanced features

9) Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements

10) Report on sales revenue generated from email marketing efforts

11) Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of complete funnel marketing and management service

- Hands-on experience with running email and drip campaigns on platforms like Active Campaigns, HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.

- Ability to coach and manage the team

- Strong attention to details is a must

- Have good written communication skills

- Hands-on, self-starter, capable of working independently
