Job Role:
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager responsible for both identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing accounts in the area of Web Development and Digital Marketing. This position requires a combination of communication skills, technical skills and people skills. We are looking for someone with an intuitive mindset and an ability to accurately read between the lines. The candidate must show evidence of being able to learn country specific cultural nuances and communication skills quickly. The candidate must have the ability to lead from the front in order to deliver results for our clients within stipulated timeframe. The candidate must have an understanding of the entire Account Nurturing Cycle including but not limited to lead identification, pre-sales research, prospecting, proposal presentation, project delivery, post sales relationship building, etc.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Identify and build new business opportunities in US, UK, Canada & Australia Regions using Linkedin and other business networking / bidding platforms.
- Be responsible and accountable for the complete account lifecycle from pre-sales to post sales for new and existing accounts
- Create, Develop and Sustain new business relationships with global clients using various communication tools like Video conferencing, Phone calls, emails, CRM software, etc.
- Create custom Proposals, Presentations, Case studies and other marketing collateral as and when required by individual clients
- Be the single point of contact for assigned client accounts and deliver agreed upon services within agreed upon timeframes
- Liaise directly with clients and provide excellent customer service keeping in mind company's standards of communication, response time and transparency
- Ensure high client retention rate through prompt and transparent communication and consistently delivering within timelines.
- Coordinate with the internal execution team to ensure clear understanding of the client expectations and ensure our team meets those expectations. Ensures that client gets their deliverables as per the predefined deadlines
- Monitor progress of ongoing projects by coordinating with all the individuals and teams working on the project using project management systems and emails
- Provide training to peers & juniors on the processes and communication standards as and when required
- Forecast, measure and report Revenues of existing Accounts and new accounts on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
- Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly revenue targets set out in advance Skills, Experience & Qualifications
- The Candidate must have great communication & presentation skills and an ability to communicate clearly and effectively with international clients
- Demonstrated experience in Technology Services Sales & Delivery
- Experience in managing, supervising and training teams on technology driven services while fostering a collaborative work environment
- Must be creative and have a result driven approach to problems
- Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in Business development, Lead Generation and Account Management for IT Enabled Services or Marketing Services
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Marketing - Must be self-motivated, disciplined, detail oriented and focused individual
