Management Trainee - International Product Sales - CTC -6.5 Lacs
- E-con systems is International OEM product Company servicing customer in US, Europe, Japan, Korea, Canada, Israel, Australia Etc.
- Candidate with Engineering Mind / Engineering Background having passion to do solutions selling to B2B Corporate product customers can apply.
- Prior Experience in Sales in Not Mandatory. On selection Econ systems will provide required training.
- All positions are expected to work for International Timing.
Base Requirements :
- BE with good communication skills and basic understanding of engineering concepts Passion towards Consultative Selling, Lead Generation, Lead Funnel Management, Negotiations
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Having a burning desire to learn continuously and spend about OEM imaging product market requirements
- Engaging with prospects, B2B Customers and driving sales in the SMB segment.(Targeted Markets - Europe/Japan)
- Empathy towards customers for understanding our camera usage
- Build your network with C-Level audience for understanding projects decision-making process, funding process and their time-to-market
- Should be Flexible to work in different time zones (Europe/Japan).
Good to have :
- Prior work experience in Embedded based companies in domains relevant to OEM Imaging Products.
- The proven track record of consistency in achieving targets
