Job Description: Sales Executive (Semiconductor Sector)

What You Will Do:

- Dynamic Sales Engagement : Navigate a fast-paced, roller coaster-like sales funnel process, wearing multiple hats:

- Sales Representative : Hunt for inbound and outbound leads to generate revenue.

- Consultant : Create and present solution plans tailored to diverse customer requirements.

- Marketing Strategist : Position and drive the success of outbound campaigns with the marketing team.

- Research Specialist : Gather all necessary information about customers and their products.

- Customer Advocate : Represent customers within e-con Systems to provide outstanding support.

- Customer Solutions : Enjoy arriving at solutions for customers by understanding their business requirements and collaborating with internal teams to convert them into technical requirements.

- Lead Generation : Think outside the box to generate qualified leads, balancing the quantity of customers reached through various channels with the quality of leads, following e-con Systems' sales process.

- Networking : Build your network with C-Level executives in the USA to understand project decision-making processes, funding processes, and time-to-market considerations.

Daily Activities :

- Reach out to customers and review prospects based on the sales qualification process.

- Deliver solution presentations and assist customers with camera evaluations.

- Collaborate with product management and marketing teams.

- Obtain customer approval for camera selections.

- Work with founding team members on strategies and improvements.

- Manage the customer database.

- Continuously learn about OEM camera concepts and trends.

What We Expect :

- Consultative Selling Skills : Proficiency in lead generation, lead funnel management, and negotiations.

- Industry Expertise : A burning desire to learn continuously about OEM camera market requirements and trends.

- Customer Empathy : Strong empathy towards customers to understand their camera usage needs.

- Professional Maturity : Exceptional poise, maturity, and the ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders.

- Communication Skills : Clear, concise, and effective written and oral communication skills.

- Interpersonal Skills : Exceptional ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders.

- Technical Proficiency : Experience with CRMs such as Zoho, Salesforce, and strong skills in MS Excel.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Automation, Distribution, and Design House Experience- : Previous experience in sales roles within automation, distribution, and design houses in the semiconductor industry.

- Semiconductor Relevance : Proven track record in sales roles specifically within the semiconductor sector, with a focus on OEM camera solutions.

- Technical Knowledge : In-depth understanding of semiconductor components and their applications in various industries.
