e-con Systems - Executive - Business Development (2-6 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate revenue through both inbound and outbound leads.
- Manage the sales process using the BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) framework, ensuring qualification of leads.
- Develop and present tailored solutions to meet customer requirements.
- Conduct thorough research on customers and their products.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers within the organization, ensuring excellent customer support.
- Understand customer business requirements and collaborate with internal teams to translate them into technical requirements.
- Generate qualified leads through innovative approaches while adhering to company sales processes.
- Build a network with C-Level executives in the USA to understand project decision-making processes and timelines.
- Engage in day-to-day activities including customer outreach, prospect review, solution presentations, product evaluation support, collaboration with product management and marketing teams, and database management.
Requirements :
- Eagerness to continuously learn and stay updated on OEM camera market requirements.
- Ability to empathize with customers to understand their camera usage needs.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.
- Clear, concise, and effective written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools such as Zoho or Salesforce, as well as strong skills in MS Excel
