Dynamsoft - Specialist - Technical Support Service (3-8 yrs)
1. Provide strong technical support service through various support tools (email/online chat/web meeting/phone call)
2. Provide basic pricing and licensing info to prospective customers
3. Work closely with the R&D team to reproduce and resolve customer issues
4. Collect product related feedback from customers and submit them to the product owner
5. Technical document writing (E.g., KB, API description, etc.)
6. Strong technical trouleshooting sense
7. An excellent customer service orientation.
8. Familiar with at least one programming language: JavaScript, html, css.
