Dynammic Crane Engineers - Executive - Sales (1-2 yrs)
Experience
- 1-2 years relevant field sales experience
- Should have experience in selling Aerial Work Platform (AWP) to various Industry Segments namely Auto, Textile, Plastics, Pharma, F & B, FMCG, White Goods, etc- - their Plants / Factories, OEMs, - etc. (Selling of other plant capital equipment can also be considered).
Education
Graduation : B.E. / M.Sc./Diploma/Degree in Management/Commerce
Attitude, Skills & Knowledge :
- Good influencing and persuading skills
- Strong interpersonal, communication & presentation skills
- Needs to be self-motivated and self-driven
- Should possess the qualities of perseverance and patience
- Good Technical understanding and knowledge of Aerial Work Platforms for Indoor & Outdoor applications
- Ready to travel on the field extensively (70% travel)
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for generating achieving the Sales for JCB Brand Aerial Work Platform Equipments namely Environment Friendly Electric Scissors, Diesel booms and hybrid equipment
- Formulate & achieve healthy Lead generation every month
- Plan & execute all sales activities in the State of Gujarat for -
- customers with current request
- systematic development of potential customers
- Visit planning and tour planning in coordination with Sales Head (Pune)
- Documentation of realized visits with follow up (in coordination with inside sales)
- Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity
- Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned
- Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts
- Follow-up for collection of payment.
- Other duties as assigned
