Dynamind Solutions - Manager - Telesales (8-12 yrs)
- Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
- Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going for onboarding.
- Listening to the customers' needs to generate repeat sales.
- Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and feedback and testimonials on products.
- Keeping up to date on all new product releases and sharing about them with the users
- Addressing the concerns and grievances of the users on the platform. Meeting sales quotas and goals.
- Should be comfortable to do multiple calls in a day.
- Good in sales conversions and target oriented.
- Make target Outbound calls as per the leads received from support teams (Marketing, Admin-support).
Skills Required :
Behavioral:
- Excellent communication skills (Verbal and written). (Fluency in English and Hindi)
- Telesales and Edtech background will be recommended.
- Creative thinking skills.
- The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
- Good sales ability.
- Working knowledge of relevant computer software.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills.
- The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.

- Telecommunications tools like Knowlarity Calendly, others
- Other technical tools: Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoom
