Key Responsibilities :

Advanced Analytics : Use analytics tools to measure and track campaign performance metrics like conversion rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS). Apply these insights to improve performance.
Campaign Optimization : Monitor and analyze campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Make adjustments based on data to maximize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Strategic Planning : Develop and execute marketing strategies based on market research, audience analysis, and competitive insights. Align these strategies with overall business goals to drive growth.
A/B Testing & Experimentation : Conduct A/B tests and other experimental approaches to refine and improve performance marketing strategies.
Reporting & Insights : Generate performance reports detailing key metrics, insights, and actionable recommendations. Present findings effectively to internal stakeholders.
Budget Management : Manage and allocate the marketing budget to optimize spending and ROI. Monitor expenditures and adjust allocations as needed.
Market Intelligence : Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in performance marketing. Apply this knowledge to maintain a competitive edge.
