Position Overview :

We are seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to join our onsite team. This role is specifically aimed at candidates with experience in the Adtech and Edtech industries. You will be responsible for generating high-quality leads through various digital channels, driving data-driven strategies to attract and engage potential clients, and staying informed about industry trends. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for achieving results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation Strategy : Design and implement effective lead generation strategies across digital platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.

- Data Analysis : Utilize analytics tools to track and measure lead generation metrics such as conversion rates, cost per lead (CPL), and overall campaign effectiveness.

- Campaign Optimization: Monitor and analyze lead generation campaigns to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, adjusting tactics to maximize results.

- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential audiences, develop buyer personas, and understand competitive positioning.

- A/B Testing & Experimentation: Execute A/B tests and other experimentation methods to enhance lead generation strategies and improve conversion rates.

- Reporting & Insights: Generate comprehensive reports detailing key metrics and insights, providing actionable recommendations to internal stakeholders.

- Budget Management: Assist in managing and allocating the marketing budget effectively to optimize lead generation efforts and ensure a strong ROI.

- Industry Awareness: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in lead generation and digital marketing, applying this knowledge to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Experience: Proven experience in lead generation and digital marketing campaigns, specifically in the Adtech or Edtech sectors.

Skills:

- Proficiency in digital advertising platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with analytics tools to monitor performance metrics.

- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.

- Ability to manage budgets efficiently and effectively.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the capacity to translate data insights into actionable strategies.

- Knowledge of current trends and best practices in lead generation and digital marketing.
