Roles & Responsibility :
1. Manage Service Van readiness on Daily basis
2. Daily output management from Technicians.
3. All customer appointment management.
4. Managing customers for all queries and rescheduling appointments.
5. Co-ordination with Parts Team and ensure Parts availability.
6. Managing Biker for all emergency job.
7. Co-ordination with Service Garage.
8. Daily/Weekly/Monthly MIS.
9. Problem Management.
10. SV & Technicians KPI Management.
11. Customer Satisfaction Index Score Management.
12. Customer Complaint Solving.
13. Service Garage Management.
14. DYD Brand Building.
Skills required :
1. MS - Office.
2. Well versed in basic use of computer.
3. Expert in DMS and AAP management.
4. Problem Solving.
Qualification : ITI / Diploma.
- Reporting to Service Manager.
