Customer Care Executive (Voice)
Responsibilities/Accountabilities :
- To assist users with queries related to their order status, available products & offerings, service & offer details, payment details, etc. via voice calls.
- Greet users warmly and ascertain the problem or reason for calling
- Verify users information before addressing any of their concerns
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward users at all times.
- Managing of the Returns and Refunds Process
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints in ticketing system.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues & seniors as necessary.
- Knowing our product & process inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- To manage all daily tasks and duties related to the process with strict compliance to guidelines.
- Help in creating customer surveys, segmentation & getting feedback to improve our processes, product and user experience
Basic Qualifications :
- A minimum two-year experience in Customer Support Profile required in E-commerce with proficiency in Spoken English & Regional Language.
- Must be Customer centric.
- Extreme dedication, sincerity and willingness to go the extra mile
- Excellent knowledge of basic computer skills. (MS Excel is a must)
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
- Experience with e-commerce, service industry, advertising, or media would be an advantage
- Graduates / Under Graduates in any stream
Preferred Qualifications :
- Previous experience in ecommerce, customer care, retail, BPO or KPO
