We are Hiring for Real Estate - Sales Consultant / Senior Sales Consultant / Consultant (Direct Closing / Channel Partner Sourcing & Closing)
Key Responsibilities :
Consultant- Direct /Channel Partner Closing & Sourcing :
- Builds and maintains relations with the Channel Partners for the Residential Real Estate sales
- Keeps abreast with the latest market happenings through internal communications and primary research
- Interacting with all the customers who visit the project through digital marketing/ channel partners and ensuring to get the closure done.
- Coordinate with the Sourcing Team and Digital Marketing Team to ensure maximum walk-ins for the project
- Activating new Channel Partners and driving sales through them
- Helps the customers with documentation for loan processing, registration, etc
- Achieves the monthly and quarterly targets decided mutually with the Senior Management
Sales & Senior Sales Consultant - Real Estate Consulting :
- Builds and maintains relations with the potential customers for the Residential Real Estate category as well as the Developers Sales Team.
- Keeps abreast with the latest market happenings through internal communications and primary research
- Meets the potential customers and helps them shortlist the appropriate properties through organized presentations and verbal communication
- Helps the customers with documentation for loan processing, registration, etc
- Accompanies the potential customers to the shortlisted sites and helps them structure and negotiate a deal
