Dvara Solutions - Customer Success Role (1-5 yrs)
About the role :
- This is a revenue generating role. The incumbent will help Dvara Solutions meet and exceed business expectations and contribute to the company's rapid and sustainable growth. He/She will be responsible for maintaining key accounts with top notch customer satisfaction, discovering cross sell opportunities, and negotiating deals.
- CSM is a strategic and supportive partner for customers at every stage of the buying process. CSM analyzesthe goals of the customer and their own company, maps out the steps to achieve these goals, and then takes action to ensure they are met.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Create and maintain excellent relationship with existing clients.
2. Identify opportunities for cross selling the products within existing clients.
3. Ensure that the Business plan is created and adhered to.
4. Ensure revenue growth from existing clients.
5. Consult the client on the most feasible solution.
6. Ensuring that the product features and solution are clearly understood by the client.
7. Mastering the product.
8. Coordinate with all stakeholders internal and external.
9. Monitor and track performance and quality of the delivery to the customer on various
parameters and ensure client satisfaction.
10. Proactive communication on the updates of the key projects.
11. Helping customer derive more value from the product.
12. Weekly / Monthly meeting with Customer at Customer location.
13. Scheduling Steering Committee Meetings.
14. Tracking open ticket status and updating Customer and internal teams.
15. Tracking change requests status and updating Customer and internal teams.
Key Requirements :
1. Is an aggressive and strong Sales oriented individual with previous experience in the Fintech industry.
2. Can drive the business on their own through their understanding of the financial industry and their networking.
3. Have a strong understanding of the lending industry and have excellent rapport with various FinTech- s, NBFCs and MFIs in India.
4. Should be target oriented and understand the nuances of Relationship Management.
5. Is ambitious and interested in exponential growth for themselves and the organization.
6. Should be solution oriented to resolve customer problems with Dvara's Solutions.
7. Should understand the need and business of clients to chalk outgrowth plans accordingly.
8. Excellent communication.
9. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to situations.
10. Self and quick learner.
