Duroflex - Executive - Institutional Sales (2-3 yrs)
1. Develop and maintain strategic long term trusting relationships with high volume clients to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives
2. Acquire a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements
3. Ensure correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
4. Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
5. Generate new sales leads that will turn into long lasting relationships
6. Responsible for planning & achieving monthly/yearly targets
7. Follow up with customers on invoicing / billing and timely collections
8. Establishing, maintaining and expanding customer base
9. Develop strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a team
10. Additional responsibilities will be the sales of Ancilliary products like Rexine, Flooring & furnishing fabrics.
