Job Description :
1 Lead generation - Strategizing and Producing new leads by researching and analyzing potential clients.
2 Liaising -To initiate talk with (Corporation officers, Corporate heads and all other prospects from where leads can be generated )
3 Calling - Pitch the clients for successful close for an appointment/meeting
4 Meeting and Pitching - Delivering inspiring sales presentation to convert prospects to successful sales
5 Site survey-To survey the premises for identifying the exact needs of the customer
6 Plan and Schedule Demo
7 Proposal & Agreement-To be prepared and sent as per the requirement of the client
8 Negotiation & Closure- Lead and coordinate contract negotiations for a successful close.
9 After sales support & feedback - Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
10 Promotion of new product- Researching and recommending new opportunities to the company. Recommending profit and service improvements.
11 Reports-MIS and DSR sheet to be updated and maintained in the software and reported daily to the reporting manager.
12 Handover- Handing over closed projects to Project manager for operations and introducing the client to the accounts dept. and giving the contact details of the Customer Care Service.
13 Meet sales revenue targets
14 Generating referrals from the existing clients.
15 Resolving client conflicts if any.
16 Mentor team members and teach improved processes in order to enhance staff accomplishments
17 Produce new revenue streams for business by identifying potential prospects and sales options
18 Should be able to do work of other departments in the organization if the need arises.
