Role Description:- Business Development Specialists are responsible for driving business growth within a company. They develop a network of contacts to attract new clients, research new market opportunities and oversee growth projects, making sales projections and forecasting revenue, in line with projected income.
Qualification- Graduate/ Post Graduate (Sales and Marketing Preferred)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition/ Lead Generation: Identify, target, and acquire new clients from online portals who require IT professionals
- Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong client relationships through effective communication, trust-building, and a deep understanding of client needs.
- Client Needs Assessment: Understand client staffing needs and effectively communicate these requirements to our recruitment team.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate and finalize contract terms with clients, ensuring that agreements are mutually beneficial and comply with company policies.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions, providing insights and recommendations to management along with competitive and ROI analysis
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic plans for business development and expansion by scoping the size of the project and helping in the QA/Support process
- Revenue Generation: Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward targets.
Must Have Skills:
- Experience: A minimum of 2 year of experience in a Business Development role, with a strong emphasis on IT Solutions, Pre- Sales, Post Sales, Lead Generation, SAAS and Staff Augmentation, Client Gathering in the IT Industry.
- IT Knowledge: A good understanding of IT domains, technologies, and staffing requirements is highly beneficial.
- Sales Skills: Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets, with exceptional negotiation and presentation skills.
- Client-Centric: A client-centric approach with a focus on building and maintaining long- term, mutually beneficial relationships.
- Communication: Excellent communication, both written and verbal, to effectively convey client needs and maintain professional correspondence.
- Self-Motivated: Self-driven, highly motivated, and capable of working independently to meet and exceed targets.
- Market Insight: A keen interest in keeping abreast of industry trends and competitive dynamics.
