Dunzo - Officer - Field Sales (1-4 yrs)
Key responsibilities :
1. Generating leads from the field & following up with them on calls & WhatsApp
2. Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support
3. Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
4. Qualifying leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, trade shows, etc.
5. Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospective clients
6. Presenting and delivering information to potential clients
7. Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions
8. Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
9. Building pipelines with channel partners and team members to close sales
10. Maintaining a database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information
Required :
1. Graduation is mandatory
2. Familiar with the geography and market understanding of the city
3. Knowing the local language is mandatory
4. Very strong relationship-building skills
5. Familiar with VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot table, JIRA, and CRM tools would be a plus
6. Above all, a great attitude and a sense of ownership
