Duck Learning - Manager - Business Development (0-3 yrs)
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Manage Sales and Business Development :
- Manage the Business Development Associates to liaison with college/ school officials for scheduling marketing seminars
- Deliver marketing seminars in various engineering/ degree colleges/ school to generate leads for the B2B Sales Channel.
- Manage lead tracking and build a strategy to maximize lead conversion across products and segments.
- Channel Development and Client Retention
- Identify the potential clients and decision makers within the territory
- Schedule meetings with college/ school decision makers
Planning and Reporting :
- Plan ATL and BTL activities for the Brand promotion
- Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team
- Generate MIS reports and facilitate center administration interaction for smooth functioning
Recruitment and Talent Retention :
- Recruit and manage a team of managers and salespeople for the assigned geographical territory.
- Develop sales pitches and train the team to enhance their skills.
- Work on talent retention programs and appraisals metrics.
Operations and Customer Service :
- Oversee the Operations in terms of sessions scheduling and office activities.
- Ensure SOP compliance.
LOCATION : Hyderabad, Bangalore
PROFILE :
The preferred candidate should possess the following skill set :
- A Bachelor- s/ Master's Degree in Marketing/ Sales/ Engineering is highly preferred.
- 3 - 5 years- related work experience in Sales/ Marketing/ Business Development, Developing Proposals, Sales-Pitch documents.
- Experience in education industry will be an added advantage.
- Must be able to work independently and manage the team effectively.
- Must have high-level organizational and planning skills to develop, prioritize, and execute assigned tasks.
- Must be savvy with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and Google applications.
- Experience in managing more than 5+ business centers, managers and salespeople.
- Experience in Toastmasters speeches/ Debate forums/ TEDx Talks/ Extempore speaking/ Theatre/ Drama would be an added advantage.
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
