DT Techsolutions - Sales Coordinator (1-4 yrs)
Job Description :
- Generating new enquiries through cold calls.
- Provide support to customers and branches for demonstration and presentation of all range of products.
- Good knowledge in MS Office, MS-Excel, email drafting, billing, purchase entry, sales quotation, sales orders.
- Experience in Tally ERP Software
- Handling order inputs, enquires, preparing quotations and ensuring follow up with clients, order confirmation and collection of payment.
- Tracking sales orders to ensure that they are scheduled and sent out on time.
- Effectively communicating with customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Tenders participation in government institutions and preparing documents as well.
- Ordering and ensuring the delivery of goods to customers.
- Contacting potential customers to arrange appointments.
- Resolving any sales related issues with customers.
- Making follow-up calls to confirm sales orders or delivery dates.
- Preparing and submitting reports to Managers as per requirement
- Candidates should have good communication in English.
- Hindi proficiency will be an added advantage.
