Position Overview: As the Center Head Sales Manager at DSSD, you will play a pivotal role in driving the institute's growth by leading the sales team, implementing effective sales strategies, and ensuring exceptional student enrollment experiences. We are seeking a results-driven and dynamic professional with a passion for education and a proven track record in sales management.

Responsibilities:

Team Leadership : Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve enrollment targets and exceed performance metrics.

Provide coaching, training, and guidance to team members for continuous improvement.

Sales Strategy and Planning : Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive student enrollment and revenue growth.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for expansion.

Student Relationship Management : Foster positive relationships with prospective and current students to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Address student concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally.

Collaboration : Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and academic teams, to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall institute objectives.

Participate in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to generate leads.

Reporting and Analysis : Generate regular reports on sales performance, enrollment metrics, and other key performance indicators.

Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the education or training industry.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
