Role Overview
As an Enterprise Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by promoting and selling our AI & ML training and learning solutions to enterprise clients. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers, and closing high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to target and engage enterprise clients in need of AI & ML training solutions.
- Lead Generation: Identify and prospect potential enterprise clients through market research, networking, and leveraging existing relationships.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and influencers within target organizations.
- Solution Selling: Understand client needs and challenges, and tailor our AI & ML training solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our AI & ML training programs.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver customized proposals and contracts that align with client needs and company objectives.
- Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations with clients, address concerns, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and delivery teams to ensure alignment and deliver seamless client experiences.
- Market Feedback: Gather and communicate market intelligence, client feedback, and competitive insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- Experience : 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of selling training, learning solutions, or technology products to enterprise clients.
- Knowledge : Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and related technologies. Experience in selling AI & ML solutions is highly desirable.
- Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Negotiation Skills : Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
- Relationship Building : Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives and decision-makers.
- Self-Motivation : Highly self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Education : Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.
