Drushti - Manager - Sales & Marketing - eCommerce (5-6 yrs)
- Managing E-commerce business of domestic brands which include: P&L, Strategic alliances,Business development, Product & merchandise management and operations.
- Defining and ensuring execution of online business strategies, online marketing, online customer experience, team building and channel partnership.
- Develop long term and short-term category plans including tactical promotions during special events.
- Maintain strong relationship with key contacts in existing accounts negotiate business terms to enhance YOY business and ensure the growth in business at brands level.
- Sales planning, category & product management, specific promos with channel partners to generate sales and keep them in the business.
- Responsible for formulating the seasonal buy budget and buy strategy for the brands.
- End to end e-commerce management,Signing up on all leading portals.
- Uploading, updating & managing products on various e-commerce portals to the extent of adequacy, accuracy & integrity
- Looking over handling Logistics/ Packaging/ Order fulfillment for e-commerce operations
- Overall responsibility of seller & buyer community management on the portal
- Sale increase, Participation in promotional offers
- Vendor Development, Inventory management
- Follow the order flow & work with team
- Proficiency in Excel; Good communication skills- written and oral
- Background of Retail /E comm
Desired Candidate Profile :
- 5+ years of experience in managing & leading E commerce business
- Understanding of Social Media / CRM, campaigns and marketing to effectively create customer driven.
- Targeted campaigns on Social Media and other online platforms to ensure the highest quality output for customers.
- Good interpersonal & negotiation skills
- Good analytical skills
- Project Management / Campaign Mgmt
