- Drums Food is a startup in the FMCG space looking to disrupt the huge dairy market in India. We have achieved tremendous success through our first premium brand of ice-creams by the name of Hokey Pokey and have achieved a hockey stick growth with our second premium offering, Epigamia, India's first Greek Yogurt.

Currently we are looking out for Area Sales Managers(Institutional Sales / Alternate Channel) for Delhi NCR & Mumbai.

Job Description :

Role Objective :

- Responsible for implementing institutional sales(Corporate/Colleges/HoReCa/Events) plans and business development in the location and also responsible for executing marketing initiatives and maximizing the allocated budget.

Essential Job Responsibilities :

Reporting to the National Head - Institutional Sales

- Ensuring monthly, quarterly and yearly annual revenue goals are achieved/ exceeded in the location.

- Identifying new customer opportunities and responsible for business development in the region.

- Assisting top management in implementation of strategies and achieve all primary and secondary sales targets.

- Responsible for converting given leads into business.

- Selling all facets of the business and handling key accounts effectively in the location.

- Ensuring timely payments from the clients.

Skills Required :

- Client servicing

- Reports and database maintaining

- Market intelligence and research

- Strategic planning of revenue generation.

Knowledge & Experience Required :

- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple deliverables simultaneously.

- Excellent organizational, communication and time management skills.

- Ability to coordinate the efforts of individuals from multiple business units to accomplish the goals of the company

Behavioral & Interpersonal attributes :

- Able to work independently.

- Ability to work under pressure, prioritizes tasks, and meets deadlines.

- Possess a can-do attitude with an eagerness to contribute ideas and execute team initiatives.

- Proactive, with strong drive and initiative to meeting the targets.
