DRU Gold - Telecaller (1-6 yrs)
Tele Caller (Day Shift)
THE ROLE :
Tele callers are responsible for making in-bound and out-bound calls to the existing customers, prospective customers and resolving queries satisfactorily for in-coming calls.
MAIN DUTIES :
- Primary role will involve making outbound calls to obtain leads in the areas we have our branches.
- Tracking of status and regular delivery of lead related information.
- Effective co-ordination with ops teams to identify performance enhancement opportunities.
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE :
- Minimum 12th Pass (UG): Any Stream - Any Specialization
- Experience in making /receiving calls.
- Enthusiasm about a new venture.
- Voice and accent training would be an asset.
- Experience on the technicalities of a call center would be an asset.
- Must be willing to work in general shift, with stretched targets.
- Have excellent command over English & Telugu language and believes in hospitality.
- Possess good interpersonal skills.
