- Looking out for self-driven and goal oriented candidate to join the new age Targeted Media company with niche workplace media network across India.We want the right sales people to sell this media to the right decision makers across brands and agencies and help revolutionize the Out-Of-Home (OOH) industry with us.

- The Media Sales Executive will drive media sales through prospecting, qualifying and closing deals bringing in new campaigns through direct brands and agencies who are keen on advertising with dRSTi Communication's workplace network.

Responsibilities and Duties :

- Identify prospective leads by understanding the business drivers of various companies

- Explain the value proposition of advertising within workplace network

- Communicate effectively and efficiently via phone, email and in-person meetings

- Understand lead qualification and prioritize effectively

- Construct, forecast, and manage your sales pipeline

- Own the entire sales cycle by being responsible for the deal brought in till the payment stages

- Execute in short-term sprints while maintaining a vision for long-term sustained success

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :

Skills we're looking for :

- Bachelor's degree minimum

- Minimum of 1 year of B2B sales experience

- Bringing in and nurturing large accounts driving high volume and value

- Proven track record of growing client accounts and revenue targets

- Experience using insights and data-driven decision making to inform the sales process

- Developing sales strategies and market pitch to respond to a dynamic market landscape
