Job Description :


Roles and Responsibilities :


- As a Business Development Executive with Social Media Skills in an Interiors Contracting Firm is critical to the company's success, as you will be responsible for driving business growth, building relationships, and expanding the company's reach through effective social media campaigns


- Developing and implementing a comprehensive business development strategy that aligns with the company's objectives.


- Identifying new business opportunities and pursuing them through effective networking, lead generation, and relationship building.


- Managing the company's social media platforms, creating engaging content and executing effective social media campaigns that enhance the firm's visibility and reach.


- Conducting market research to identify emerging trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs, and leveraging this information to inform the company's product and service offerings.


- Collaborating with the sales team to develop sales proposals, presentations, and pitches that effectively communicate the company's value proposition and competitive advantage.


- Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners, to ensure ongoing business growth and profitability.


- Developing and maintaining an accurate and up-to-date database of leads, prospects, and customers, and using this information to track progress against sales targets and forecast future revenue.


- Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, and leveraging these opportunities to build brand awareness and generate leads.


- Managing the sales process from initial contact through to contract negotiation and close, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for the customer.


- Providing regular reports and updates to senior management on business development activity, progress against targets, and market trends.


- Identify & target standalone outlets, including restaurants, cafes, and other food service providers, that would benefit from our Order to-Serve model


- Develop & implement a business development strategy to onboard standalone outlets onto the platform


Required Candidate profile :


- Bachelor's degree in business administration, MBA Marketing preferred


- Proven track record of at least 3+ years of business development experience in the F & B or hospitality industry.
