Dropshop Network - Regional Sales Head (10-15 yrs)
Position Overview :
- As the Regional Sales Head for Karnataka, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations within Karnataka, with a focus on managing and expanding relationships with large distributors. Your primary objective will be to drive revenue growth, achieve sales targets, and enhance the market presence of our products.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Planning : Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives in your region.
Team Leadership : Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure the team's professional development.
Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with large distributors within the region.
Sales Performance : Implement and monitor effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve targets.
Market Expansion : Identify and explore new business opportunities within the region.
Collaboration : Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and other departments to ensure seamless coordination and execution of sales initiatives.
Qualifications :
- 10 -15 years of experience as a Sales Head or in a similar leadership role within the FMCG industry.
- Demonstrated success in managing and expanding relationships with large distributors.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
