Telesales Location : Gurgaon, NCR

We are looking for energetic sales professional with deep knowledge in and passion for super cars, luxury cars, super bikes and high-end bikes. This is a tele-sales role and the person's role is to be the single point of contact for the potential buyer who has expressed his exact requirements for the automobile.


An ideal candidate is someone who has worked in branded physical dealerships for used or new automobiles or with online classified or automobile content platforms. Exceptional communication skills, etiquettes and mannerism, consultative sales experience and strong grip on automobile technical knowledge will make the person rockstar. Person who can operate in high pressure environment, fast changing environment, sales quota carrying culture and love to make decent upside as sales incentive with extra hard work will not look back in this role.

Responsibilities :

- You will be responsible for engaging with potential buyers who have expressed interest in purchasing automobiles listed on our platform. Through effective communication and active listening, you will understand their specific requirements and preferences.

- Utilizing your deep knowledge and passion for automobiles, particularly super cars, luxury cars, super bikes, and high-end bikes, you will provide consultative sales support to potential buyers. You will guide them through the features and benefits of various vehicles, helping them make informed purchasing decisions.

- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas on a consistent basis. You will be responsible for closing sales and generating revenue for the company.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitors' offerings. Use this knowledge to effectively position our products and services in the market.

Qualifications/Requirements :

- Previous experience in sales, preferably in branded physical dealerships for used or new automobiles, or with online classified or automobile content platforms.

- Exceptional communication skills, etiquettes, and mannerism. Ability to effectively communicate with customers and build rapport.

- Strong grip on automobile technical knowledge, particularly in the areas of super cars, luxury cars, super bikes, and high-end bikes. Passion for automobiles is a must.

- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-changing environment. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Enthusiasm for making decent upside as sales incentives with extra hard work. Motivated by achieving sales targets and earning incentives.
