Droom - Manager - Enterprise Sales - OEM Partnerships (3-6 yrs)
Job Description:
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to join our Enterprise Sales team.
- Reporting directly to the Head of Enterprise Sales, this role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in B2B enterprise sales and partnerships.
- The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth through acquisition of large corporate accounts, managing end-to-end sales processes from pitching to closure, and nurturing strong relationships at the CXO level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development and Sales Execution: Acquire new accounts through strategic pitching, negotiating, and closing high-value deals with corporate leaders.
- CXO Level Engagement: Drive discussions and negotiations at the CXO level to secure partnerships and closures.
- Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with organizational objectives to achieve revenue targets and foster organizational growth.
- Networking and Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally.
- Team Leadership and Development: Mentor and lead a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of success, collaboration, and goal achievement.
- Operational Efficiency: Manage departmental operations effectively, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to budgetary guidelines.
- Market Knowledge and Innovation: Stay updated with market trends and competitor
activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation in enterprise sales.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of progressive experience in enterprise sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Proven ability to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth through strategic partnerships.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on mentorship and development.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels, especially with C-suite executives.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in negotiating complex business agreements and partnerships.
- Knowledge of digital solutions and SAAS sales would be advantageous.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
