We are looking for Business Development Manager having the below skills:

1. Should have worked with various channel partners/schools to acquire new end customers

2. Experience of identifying suitable channel partners/agencies for commission-based retail sale

3. Target oriented, single-minded focus on achieving the monthly targets

4. Experience of conducting BTL activities and driving results through such drives

5. Good presentation and communication skills

6. Identify and build rapport with individuals, agents, intermediaries for lead generation

7. Experience of managing a sales team and pushing them to achieve their targets

Role Requirement :

1. A minimum of 7 year experience in direct/franchisee/channel sales of K12 education product

2. Education qualification : Graduate, preferably with MBA/PGDBM qualification

3. A good team player
