Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and grow the company's presence across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
- Develop and execute engaging content strategies for brand awareness and lead generation.
- Coordinate with the Graphic Designer, SEO, and Digital Marketing teams to create compelling marketing materials.
- Plan and implement employer branding initiatives.
- Create and edit visuals using Canva and other relevant design tools.
- Oversee and optimize digital marketing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Stay updated on marketing trends and bring fresh, creative ideas to the team.
- Assist in content marketing efforts, including blogs, newsletters, and website content.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business goals.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in social media management, employer branding, or digital marketing.
- Strong content creation and marketing skills.
- Proficiency in Canva and other relevant graphic design tools.
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to think creatively and bring new ideas to life.
- Knowledge of social media analytics tools and trends.
