As we scale our marketing efforts to meet market demand, we- re looking for a Growth Marketer to help the team execute on our ambitious strategy. You- ll help us qualify and nurture leads and set the structure and processes we need to take on bigger accounts with right marketing.
Talented, self-directed Growth Marketing Specialist - sought to support the lead nurture strategy and development for DronaHQ.
The Growth Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting the strategy, development, and execution of lead nurturing campaigns focused on increasing prospect readiness for sales team.
Candidate must be knowledgeable about the B2B SaaS sales funnel, the various lead stages, and actions to nurture leads.
- You will be responsible for initial contact and pre-qualification of incoming marketing leads and marketing campaign follow up to determine sales potential prior to sales team assignment.
- You will be communicating with leads via email, social media or using AI technology to overcome objections and determine if a need exists of the potential customer.
- You will work closely together with the marketing and Sales team to improve and deliver the right Lead quality and quantity to the sales teams
- You will manage follow-up activities in a rigorous manner prior to turning over leads to the sales team/CRM
- You will convert and action Leads according to standard work if sales threshold has not been met
- Managing and implementing changes in Lead flow processes across various systems. Coordinating with multiple stakeholders across different teams to facilitate implementation of these changes
- Execute web-to-lead process, including lead-routing process rules and end-to-end/attribution-focused analytics and reporting
Email Marketing :
- Leads the planning and execution of email marketing programs and triggered email campaigns.
- Includes running list generation, list management, compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act, local privacy laws, A/B testing, subscription center development, scheduling optimisation and email design.
- Monitors deliverability and overall account reputation to ensure messages are being delivered to the inbox.
- Maintain Email Campaign Health: The Email Marketing Specialist will feel comfortable building and monitoring reports across active email campaigns to ensure they- re functioning properly and will feel comfortable deep-diving into issues affecting program health and deliverability.
- Establish Email Best Practices and Drive Consistency: The Email Marketing Specialist will have visibility across email programs and will work to drive best practices and consistency within the team.
Candidate Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, technology, or related field
- 3 or more years of marketing or sales experience at an enterprise with thousands of Sales Reps
- Excellent analytical and logical skills
- Strong understanding of lead assignment rules, for example, in Salesforce or a Salesforce app like LeanData
- Experience with email automation a plus
- Experience building drip and nurture email programs

- Ability to operate in a self-service environment
- Superior oral and written communication skills with an innate attention to detail
