DriveU - Junior Marketing Partnership Professional (1-3 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships to help drive new customer acquisition, market penetration, and brand visibility.
- Onboard new partners according to marketing strategy and objectives.
- Managing partners' expectations and developing a strong understanding of our value proposition.
- Business Development/Sales efforts to open partnership opportunities both offline and online.
- Build long-term relationships with partners for a win-win situation.
- Manage on-ground marketing promoters for various activities at restaurants, RWAs, shopping malls, etc., ensuring objectives and KPIs are being met.
- Monitor KPIs of city-wide campaigns throughout the campaign lifecycle.
- Identify various on-ground local events throughout the city and showcase opportunities for management.
- Report the performance of all campaigns executed within the city by using Excel and PowerPoint.
Requirements :
- Possess 1-3 years of work experience preferably in e-commerce, partnerships, business development, and/or sales.
- Events planning and marketing is an additional advantage.
- Have excellent communication skills both written and spoken.
- Can seamlessly handle partnerships, negotiations, and stakeholder management.
- Eager to learn about and develop e-commerce business from the ground up.
- Comfortable with very dynamic business environments that change rapidly.
- Excellent at presentations with PowerPoint (design formatting, logical storyboarding, storytelling, etc. )
- Proficient at data handling with Excel (basic formulas, pivot tables, v-lookup, etc. )
- Proficient at preparing pitches, presentations, and face-to-face meetings.
- Highly organized, proactive, and have a high attention to detail.
- The ability to multitask and manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Understanding and awareness of different advertising platforms.
- Knowledge of new-age advertising techniques will be an added advantage.
- Understanding/Exposure towards offline media buying, OOH Sales, ATL/BTL activities.
- Must have a BBA/MBA in Marketing from a reputed university/institute.
