DriveU - Assistant Manager - Marketing (3-5 yrs)

What you Will be doing ?
In a nut shell :
- Growth Hacking : Take a fail-fast and learn-faster approach to new products in new markets and quickly figure out ways to win big
- Driving penetration and brand awareness by finding innovative cost-effective ways.
- Collaborating across teams to develop key messages for campaigns, programs and content.
- Collaborating with different stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of strategic marketing plans including defining success criteria, measuring effectiveness of initiatives, and reporting on results
- Ensuring that marketing and communications efforts adhere to agreed timelines and managing expectations with various stakeholders
- Keeping up to date with market developments and competitor strategies
On-ground in Focus :
- Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships to help drive new customer acquisition, market penetration and brand visibility
- Onboard new partners according to marketing strategy and objectives
- Managing partners- expectations and developing a strong understanding of our value proposition
- Build long term relationships with partners for win-win situation
- Manage on-ground marketing promoters for various activities at restaurants, RWAs, shopping malls, etc., ensuring objectives and KPIs are being met
- Monitor KPIs of city-wide campaigns throughout the campaign lifecycle
- Identify various on-ground local events throughout the city and showcase opportunities to management
- Report performance of all campaigns executed within the city with by using Excel and Powerpoint
Requisites :
- Degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in multiple fields of Marketing
- Should have good oral and written communication skills
- Worked on omni-channel marketing platforms such as CleverTap or Netcore
- Analytical skills : Mandate for tracking, sharing and analyzing performance reports across teams and management
- Use a data-driven approach to manage campaigns and derive insights on strategy and performance.
- Ability to think strategically and prioritize in an ambiguous environment
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast paced environment
