Drishtee - Lead - Training (4-10 yrs)
1. To understand resources availability and plan for potential business prospects and training programs for producers and Vaibhavi(Micro Enterprise Group).
2. Onboarding and Induction of Vaani(Training and Education incharge). Understanding the aspects of training - Infra, trainer, trainees engagement, Content
3. Scope for new product development identification on basis of current product availability to enhance the value chain product lines .
4. Connect and identify the other supporting resources like Subject Matter Experts, training institutes, RSETI Units, and Other Institutional partnerships.
5. Conduct ToTs for trainers identified by the Franchisee - Issue the ToT calendars . Conduct External Assessments for training evaluation as per defined schedule.
6. Support Training Team of Franchisee to develop calendars and monitoring plan . Monitor the Quality of training delivered, Create and manage database of respective RHQ.(Regional Headquarters).
