Drip Capital is a US-based trade finance firm leveraging technology to offer collateral-free working capital to SME exporters and importers. As a part of its Marketing Team, Drip Capital is looking for an email marketing manager with experience spanning from setting up email marketing infrastructure, warm up, strategizing and planning campaigns, building and enriching databases, and converting them to paying customers. The individual will play a key role in growing drip's business across markets and verticals.

Your roles and responsibilities:

1. Own and grow email's contribution to sales qualified leads and subsequently into paying customers

2. Work closely with product managers/business owners of different markets to understand their priorities and follow up to plan, set up, and execute campaigns that meet demand gen objectives

3. Work with internal team to continuously build and enrich prospects' database . Segment prospects database and run drip campaigns for decision-makers in key accounts/industries

4. Ideate/write/review/validate email copy/elements of email body by working closely with the content team

5. Implement automation workflows to nurture leads

6. Build analytics to measure the effectiveness of the channel across different aspects, to measure domain health, send rate, spam rate, opens, replies, sqls, underwritings, customers etc.

7. Develop reports/dashboards to present a holistic view of all markets across the marketing and sales funnel

8. Derive insights/hypotheses to set up future experiments for growth

Challenge the status quo to create newer and more engaging forms of campaigns/communication

Our Checklist:

1. Must have a minimum of 4+ years of experience as an email marketing manager/expert/consultant/freelancer

2. Master's degree in business administration/marketing/analytics is a plus

3. Good to have experience running cold email campaigns + Exposure to classic email marketing tools like MailChimp/active campaign/SendGrid or similar

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

5. Past experience in handling small team management will be a plus
