Driffle - Sales Development Manager (2-5 yrs)
Job Description :
- We are looking for an experienced Sales Development Manager to join our team. As a Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing the onboarding process of game sellers onto our platform. You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure that new sellers are seamlessly integrated into our platform and are set up for success. This includes managing relationships with sellers, coordinating with internal teams, and driving sales growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities. You will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and driving them to achieve their targets.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Manage the onboarding process for new sellers, including coordinating with internal teams to ensure that all necessary information is gathered and communicated
2. Build and maintain relationships with new and existing sellers, providing exceptional customer service throughout the onboarding process
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve our onboarding processes and procedures
4. Continuously monitor seller accounts to ensure that they are meeting our requirements
5. Analyze onboarding metrics and identify areas for improvement to continually enhance the onboarding experience for new game sellers.
6. Work closely with our sales team to identify potential new game sellers and develop strategies to bring them on board
7. Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and execute targeted campaigns to attract new sellers
8. Identify new business opportunities and potential customers through market research, networking, and outreach efforts
9. Build and manage a team of sales representatives and provide coaching and training to ensure they meet their targets.
10. Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Qualifications :
1. 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the gaming industry.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with sellers and internal teams
3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
4. Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Knowledge of the gaming industry and trends.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
