Role Overview:

- We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. As a Business Development Executive, the individual will be responsible for managing the onboarding process of sellers onto our platform.

- The individual will work closely with our sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure that new sellers are seamlessly integrated into our platform and are set up for success.


- This includes managing relationships with current sellers, coordinating with internal teams, and driving sales growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage the onboarding process for new sellers, including coordinating with internal teams to ensure that all necessary information is gathered and communicated

- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing sellers, providing exceptional customer service throughout the onboarding process

- Identify new business opportunities and potential customers through market research, networking, and outreach efforts

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve our onboarding processes and procedures

- Continuously monitor seller accounts to ensure that they are meeting our requirements

- Analyse onboarding metrics and identify areas for improvement to continually enhance the onboarding experience for new game sellers.

- Work closely with our sales team to identify potential new game sellers and develop strategies to bring them on board

- Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and execute targeted campaigns to attract new sellers

- Analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications:

- 1+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the gaming industry.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with sellers and internal teams

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Knowledge of the gaming industry and trends.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
