Location : Noida, Gurgaon
Role:
- Currently working with Hotel/hospitality sector
- Finding customers and coordinating with software team to deliver an agreed target of installations.
- Maintaining top-class relationship with existing customers and new customers
- Analyzing and managing all marketing and sales process transaction from promotional calls, demo, proposal submission, delivering product with software team, billing and collecting payments
- Organizing product usage training in coordination with software team leader
- Solving all commercial problems or helping solve all other problems to achieve highest customer satisfaction with the goal of converting every customer into - advocate- for product line
Responsibility :
- Conducting market, customer and demand studies as per guidance
- Demonstrating thorough knowledge of the product applications and customer needs in general and in specific terms
- Developing and maintaining of marketing collateral - Presentations, Websites and participating in Trade Show
- Developing annual sales budget in consultation with management and conducting periodic reviews of performance
- Writing proposals and booking business according to budget and goals
- Maintaining and growing customer across all products and applications
- Co-coordinating with and connecting software development team with current and potential customers for best relationship outcomes.
Success Indicators :
- Increasing customer base and maintaining best possible relationship with existing customers
- Achieving sales revenue budgets and goals
- Keeping account receivables under tight control
- Maintaining first-class working relationship with software lead and technical team
Performance Evaluation:
- Receiving informal feedback from management continuously
- Participating in formal bi-annual and annual evaluation with management with regard to role, responsibility and success indicators.
