Responsibilities :
- Actively explore new sales opportunities using methods like cold calling, networking, and leveraging social media platforms.
- Develop and execute highly effective business development strategies, encompassing market entry plans, client acquisition, and revenue growth initiatives.
- Lead negotiations, adeptly manage objections, and successfully close deals while ensuring mutually advantageous agreements.
- Maintain an organised and up-to-date sales pipeline within CRM software, tracking leads from initial contact to closure.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 1-2+ years of business development/sales experience, preferably Construction (Real Estate).
- Strong networking, negotiation, and CRM skills.
- Self-motivated and collaborative.
- Willingness to travel for meetings and events.
- Kannada & English Must.
Salary Info for freshers/Experienced :
- For freshers 3 month internship/Probation with 5k-15k stipend depending on interview, thereafter Full time Offer with packages ranging from 1.5Lpa-3Lpa depending on interview.
- Experienced candidates with 1-2 years only, with packages ranging from 1.5Lpa-4.5Lpa depending on interview.
