DreamSoft4u - Executive - Inside Sales (2-5 yrs)
We are seeking a highly motivated Pre Sales/ Business Development Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in software sales and lead generation, particularly with high-ticket clients, and will be responsible for driving sales growth both domestically and internationally. This role requires a target-driven approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for high-ticket clients in both domestic and international markets.
- Conduct telecalling campaigns to engage potential clients and nurture leads.
- Execute outbound email campaigns to generate and qualify leads.
- Utilize sales automation tools to streamline sales processes and improve efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and their needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and solutions to clients.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and network with potential clients.
Must-Have Skills :
- At least 2 years of proven experience in IT/software sales, with a focus on high-ticket clients.
- Strong lead generation skills, including telecalling and outbound email campaigns.
- Proficiency in using sales automation tools and CRM software.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
