3. Keen focus on revenue generation and business retention by providing suitable advice as per the client's requirement.
4. Decision making skills with strong sense of ownership of the company and should be passionate towards their career's progress.
5. Ability to work under pressure and under specified deadlines.
6. Ensuring compliance with key regulators like SEBI, AMFI, IRDA and as specified by the company.
